We deep dive in with a couple’s questionnaire. I get into who you are as a couple & what makes you bespoke. From here we integrate into your timeline the ideal locations on your venue’s property, art concepts and overall vision. This part is pretty fun, and what makes your day elevated.

Pre Wedding Occasion (up to 2 hours)
Think events such as themed bridal showers, welcome parties, and rehearsal dinners.

The Wedding Day (up to 10 hours)
An editorial, fashion-forward documentation of the day from start to finish, capturing atmosphere, connection, movement, and design as the celebration unfolds.

Engagement (up to 2 hours)
A two-hour engagement session approached with intention, including mood-boarding and art direction, so the imagery feels considered, candid, and distinctly yours.

Photographer Team
To ensure no moment is overlooked, my team will accompany me, along with a drone pilot, offering additional angles and perspectives that enrich the gallery.

Conclusion
This multi-day collection documents the full wedding weekend with an editorial, cohesive approach. A complimentary engagement session is included.

I'm not a natural in front of the camera. Will the photos look good?

Absolutely. None of my couples are models. My approach is natural and effortless, focusing on movement, connection, and presence rather than stiff posing. You’ll be guided just enough to feel comfortable, allowing moments to unfold honestly.

I love your work, is it all digital or film?

I work with a blend of digital and film. Digital ensures nothing is missed, while film brings an honest, tactile quality that anchors the overall feeling of your gallery.

If we do an engagement shoot, will you help us decide on outfits?

Yes. Styling is an intentional part of the process. We’ll create a thoughtful mood board to guide location, color palette, and wardrobe so everything feels cohesive and elevated.

Are there any additional fees that I'd be unaware of?

No. All collections are inclusive, including round-trip travel. What you see outlined is exactly what to expect.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Availability varies by season and year, and dates are reserved on a first-come basis. I recommend securing your date once your plans begin to take shape, as my calendar is limited and books well in advance.

How many images are delivered?

Images are thoughtfully curated to tell a cohesive, intentional story rather than overwhelm with volume. You can expect approximately 75 images per hour of coverage, with full wedding galleries delivered within 6–8 weeks and a preview shared within 24 hours.

How do you put intention into our vision?

We plan with purpose. About six weeks out, we align on your vision and work closely with Vanessa and her team to ensure the timeline creates space for what matters most.

What is the payment process like?

Once you decide to move forward, you’ll receive an online invoice to complete your booking. A 50% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due six weeks before your wedding. Around that same time, we’ll connect for a planning call to thoughtfully walk through your timeline and vision.

We would love to book, what is the next step?

I'm over the moon! Simply let me know when you’re ready to move forward, and I’ll send over the contract and invoice. Once those are completed, your date is officially reserved and we’ll begin planning with intention.
